Introduction
This agreement sets out the complete terms and conditions between Maverick Games and any individual who participates in the Maverick Live Chat as part of the Maverick Games “Betting Platform” and the “Betting Platform Services”. “Players” – a customer or customers with accounts registered at maverickgames.com for betting and playing games.

A Customer under this Agreement.
By verifying your account information with maverickgames.com, the Customer will be given access to Maverick Live Chat, to whom these terms and conditions apply.
General
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for use of Maverick Live Chat by the Customer.
The Customer agrees to read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions for the use of Maverick Live Chat before using the live chat function.
The terms and conditions for use of Maverick Live Chat may be changed, in this event the Verified Customer will be given prior notice by email of the changes made to the Agreement.
Be Respectful

The Company reserves the right to take action in response to disrespectful behavior, including warnings, cancellation of bets and suspension of accounts.
Personal Information
Give consideration to what information you choose to provide over Maverick Live Chat.
The Company will not be held responsible for any information provided by Verified Customers at their own discretion via Maverick Live Chat. The Company discourages the provision of Personal Information via Maverick Live Chat and any Personal Information provided will be done so at the sole discretion of Players.
Spamming & External Links
Do not spam the chat with empty emoticons, links, or single word messages. Do not post any form of trading or advertising services, referral, pornography links etc. Maverick Live Chat will be moderated to ensure proper usage of the live chat platform.
The Company reserves the right to take action in response to excessive spamming and uploading of external links, including warnings, cancellation of bets and suspension of accounts.
Direct Marketing
The Company may at its own discretion offer bonuses and/or promotions via Maverick Live Chat. Any Marketing Content will be subject to their own specific terms and conditions, links to which will be included as part of alerts for bonus/promotions.
If specific terms & conditions are not given for any individual promotion or giveaway in the Maverick Live Chat, the Airdrop Terms & Conditions will apply.
